Backfill Position Basic Accountability Statement:
Responsible for facilitating the development of new Boston Whaler boat programs utilizing the Brunswick High Performance Product Development Process (HPPD). This will include participation in the portfolio management planning process and input into the model year change scope for current BW products. This role will also ensure that brand attributes and styling are appropriately executed on new boat programs. This will be accomplished through collaboration with all stakeholders within the business. Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to ensure that the strategy, development, and execution are closely aligned to add value to our customers by addressing marketplace needs. Responsible for driving time and cost tradeoff decisions during all phases of product development. Directs all resources necessary to ensure successful project completion through program development phases including feasibility, project definition, resource allotment, development and analysis, systematic explanation of alternatives and synthesis of recommendations. Responsible for the management and coordination of HPPD activities. Establishes an effective method of evaluating, prioritizing, delegating, and monitoring the progress of multiple objectives and corporate strategies. Manages project schedules and budgets based upon the input from key stakeholders within the business. Prepare and facilitate gate review meetings for new product development programs. Acts as a liaison between design, engineering, and production facilities in order to maintain adequate building processes. Provides product test, evaluation, and inspection criteria as appropriate to support programs. Works with Program Sourcing on projects for development with vendors and contractors for boat components. Ensures new part availability at the various milestones of a program using BBGTC part planning applications. Manages resource budgets for direct reports and provides reporting on progress to budgets. Provides information to the Boston Whaler PAC and SPMT to make portfolio management decisions. Works with the Engineering and Category teams to maintain the brand portfolio cycle plan(s). Maintain direct and frequent interface with other BBG and Brunswick companies to help drive alignment and consistency throughout the organization. Help develop recovery plans and propose resolutions if programs fall off track in engineering or tooling. Work with program team, business partners, outside contractors, and internal/external suppliers to meet or exceed project expectations. Communicate program progress/dashboards to BBGTC PDE leadership on regular basis. Contribute to program resource budget creation for new boat programs and monitor expenses throughout the duration of the program. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Program Managers and Engineering team. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree required, Masters degree preferred. Minimum 10
years experience in product management or new product development. A track record of leading and/or playing a significant role on a leadership team where new products and solutions were developed and launched into the marketplace. HPPD processes and practices (can be developed during initial time in position). Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, as well as experience communicating with technical, cross-functional teams. Must have a proven track record of being able to influence and coordinate personnel and resources not within their immediate control. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications. Lean Six Sigma experience a plus. Manufacturing experience/knowledge preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively. Strong attention to detail. Must have good judgment skills and working knowledge of tooling, prototype and construction procedures. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
