Job Description The Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for the management and operations of the facility and all employees at the facility.
The Administrator must be able to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, families and residents.
This is a 78 bed facility.
The administrator must work closely with the facility owner and coordinate all major decisions with the owner in a timely manner.
Administrator will also be the direct contact person for all State inspections and communications.
Admin will also be in charge of managing and controlling payroll and other expenses for the entire facility.
Administrator can be on call anytime as this is a 24/7 business and issues may arise at any time, day or night.
Applicants living in New Smyrna Beach or Edgewater are ideal and preferred.
At least one year experience as an Administrator for and Adult Care Facility is preferred.
Qualifications Must be a high school graduate or higher Must be CORE Trained or currently enrolled in CORE training Must have passed CORE exam or be eligible to take exam Preferred at least one year experience working in the ALF setting Preferred at least one year management experience Preferred proficiency on Excel, Word, Power Point Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana).
